The minimal cooking 5-minute rice salad that you will never get bored of!
Just chop or slice your veg finely, mix in with fresh or cold rice, and mix the ingredients well.
The secret ingredients are a generous topping of fresh parsley and soya sauce - all other ingredients can be changed.

Capers, chopped olives, spring onions, gherkins, soya sauce, chilli sauce, olive oil
4. Add some fillers…
Avocado, cooked prawns, tinned tuna, smoked mackerel, anchovies, lentils, boiled egg, cheese cubes,feta cheese, chicken, rollmops, pine nuts, sesame seeds
5. Add some herbs…
Fresh parsley, mint, basil, coriander

Italian flavour theme: Basmati rice with tinned artichokes, olives, capers, halved cocktail tomatoes, pine nuts and fresh basil.
Asian theme Brown rice, tinned puy lentils, coriander, chopped tomatoes, fresh spinach, & lime juice.
Mexican theme: Tinned sweetcorn, finely chopped peppers, diced avocado, spring onion & chilli sauce.
